Project overview : MAS were engaged by repeat clients Dewcape and Bingo industries to complete the FRP packages on both this and the Mortdale waste recycling facilities, structural integrity was the main focus for these projects with 6m high freestanding push walls, Peri preformed shutters were used to construct these walls needing to withstand the forces of heavy machinery to sort and consolidate the waste.

Project overview : Not one of our larger projects but just as important nonetheless, this 5 level structure over a single level basement consists of 9 luxury apartments on a prominent location in the affluent suburb of Vaucluse meaning quality was of the highest priority, MAS completed the full FRP package on this project.

Project overview : MAS were originally engaged to carry out the concrete pump, place and finish portion of the structure only although circumstances led to the form work contractor not being able to complete their subcontracted work and MAS were able to answer the call from the builder and assist by completing these works

Project overview : A development consisting of 15 luxury town homes over a common basement, MAS were engaged to complete a FRP package to this load bearing structure and did so within the contract program and with a high level of satisfaction.

Project overview : A 5 storey residential building over a 2 level basement, MAS were engaged to complete a full structure, supply and install package with early involvement in design of Post Tension system, AFS walling and pre-fabricated stair systems, commencing at a time where restrictions were placed on worker numbers, LGA’s were locked down and isolation/testing requirements during the COVID pandemic, making it near impossible to manage resources MAS still managed to complete the project in line with construction program with a high level of client satisfaction.

Project overview : A mix of 3 storey townhouses and 2 storey apartments across 4 levels over a common basement, MAS were engaged by repeat client PBS building to deliver a FRP package inclusive of supply and install of prefabricated stairs and AFS Walling, a challenging project with a large quantity of class 2 off form finishes to blade and bookend walls spanning multiple levels, architectural landscaping planters and seating of which the quality of finish met with clients and purchasers expectations.

Project overview : Another project for PBS Building with MAS completing a FRP package inclusive of 2 residential apartment towers and a Synagogue over a common 2.5 level basement, the synagogue being somewhat of an architectural and engineering masterpiece with curved and arched upstand and downturn beams, multiple cantilevered beams to support the roof top dome opening and curved tiers to the prayer hall coupled with very limited access requiring multiple static lines this was one of the more challenging projects MAS has delivered.

Project overview : 3 levels of Independent living apartments across 2 stepped buildings over a common basement this FRP package was delivered again for PBS Building under the watchful eye and the need to adopt the additional safety and quality measures of their client, Lend Lease Retirement Livings Global Minimum Requirements, initially these additional measures that were never previously allowed for have now become minimum standard we use as a company across all projects regardless of client to ensure the safety of our not only our workers, but also extending to all on site and the general public.

Project overview : FRP package completed with quality of exposed structural feature elements being of the highest priority for these 12 high end apartments which MAS were able to deliver to the clients satisfaction whilst improving on the construction program.

Project overview : Independent living units with a mix of conventional suspended and single level slab on grade. MAS carried out this FRP package utilizing the cupolex void former system to reduce waste and accelerate the program, the project also featured a large expanse of internal access roads poured with a feature coloured concrete and coved finish
